Better then some 90-150$ cases I've witnessed, and the size is perfect I don't need a tank under my desk. Although the tool-less bays are plastic, they seem to be very durable, and none were broken on arrival. Not only would I recommend this this item, I will be recommending it to anyone looking for the best budget case possible, and I'll be recommending NCIX in the future.

Pros -Cheap -Spacious -Lots of mount points for fans -Lots of drive bays -Front Panel USB 3.0 -Dust filters for front panel and bottom power supply -Holes for cable management and hole for CPU
Cons -Light, flimsy -No reset button -Only plastic holders for certain types of drive bays -Higher than average temperatures without additional fans -Quite loud with additional fans + video card -Small holes for cable management -Front panel audio and usb ports not durable
Summary Bought this case for a mid-high end gaming setup. Installation was relatively uneventful - I had some trouble routing my non-modular power supply cables through the comparatively tiny holes, and had to figure out a placement where I could use the plastic drive holders with my HDD without obstructing the 30cm video card. My real gripes with this case came a while after it was set up - it's got pretty loud acoustics. The rear 120mm fan wasn't providing adequate cooling for my gaming setup, so I bought a 4-pack of 120mm Cougar fans and installed them in the front and top of the case. Not long after that I realized that the machine was pretty loud even when in idle. Turning down fan speed in the BIOS helped somewhat, but the case is still not quiet by any means. The second issue is the front panel. The friction encountered when inserting and removing drives and plugs doesn't inspire confidence. On the contrary every time I do so I feel like I'm going to break the ports. All in all it's a good case for the price, but I would find a more durable and hopefully quiet one for my next build.
Pros Nice size case, lots of fan options, lots of room for large graphic cards, CHEAP.
Cons Only 1 USB 3.0

Besides the great product, and speedy (3day) delivery.. I received the best customer service I've had, from a young man who helped me fix a mistake I made during the order.
Summary If you're installing an aftermarket cpu cooler, I would recommend installing it (and your ram) before putting the motherboard into the case. I can feel the metal bend under pressure when installing things like power connectors and ram onto the motherboard. It's not a problem as long as you are careful when installing. I managed to bend one of the tabs on the expansion slot locking metal piece but just bent it back. Like I said, becareful with this case because the metal is on the thin side. Front fan filter cleaning will be a bit of a hassle because you need to pull out the front cover. Make sure to leave slack on the front panel connectors (usb, power, hdd, audio) when cable routing.
